Agreement

By using Dottie (heydottie.app), you agree to these terms. If you disagree, please do not use the service.

What We Provide

  • Free PDF planner — downloadable ADHD cleaning planner for personal use
  • Interactive cleaning planner — browser-based tool, free for up to 3 rooms
  • Premium access — optional $3/month subscription for all 7 rooms (when available)
  • Product recommendations — curated Amazon affiliate links

Not Medical Advice

Dottie provides productivity tools and tips. We are not medical professionals. Our planner and tools do not diagnose, treat, or cure ADHD or any other condition. Always consult a qualified healthcare provider for medical advice.

Intellectual Property

The PDF planner is licensed for personal use. You may print and share it freely. You may not resell the planner or claim it as your own creation. The Dottie name, logo, and website content are our intellectual property.

Affiliate Links

Some links on Dottie are Amazon affiliate links. We earn a small commission from purchases made through these links at no extra cost to you. We only recommend products we believe are genuinely helpful for people with ADHD.

Limitation of Liability

Dottie is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages resulting from the use of our service, tools, or recommendations. We do our best to keep things running, but we cannot guarantee 100% uptime.

Subscriptions

Premium subscriptions are billed monthly at $3/month. You can cancel at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

Refunds: We do not offer refunds for partial months. If you experience a service outage or technical issue that prevents you from using your subscription, contact us and we will work with you to make it right.

EU/EEA consumers: Under the Consumer Rights Directive, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal for digital services. By subscribing and immediately accessing the interactive planner, you acknowledge that the service begins right away and you consent to waive the 14-day withdrawal period.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Cook County, Illinois.

If you are an EU/EEA consumer, nothing in these terms affects your rights under applicable consumer protection laws of your country of residence.

Severability

If any part of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use of Dottie after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be communicated via email to subscribers.
