What We Collect
Email address — only when you voluntarily enter it to download planners. We do not collect names, phone numbers, physical addresses, or any other personal information.
Interactive planner data — your task progress is saved in your browser's localStorage. This data never leaves your device. We cannot see it, access it, or retrieve it.
How We Use Your Email
- To deliver the PDF planners you requested
- To send occasional updates about new planners (you can unsubscribe anytime)
We never sell, rent, or share your email address with third parties for marketing purposes.
Third-Party Services
- Resend — email delivery. Their privacy policy.
- Plausible Analytics — privacy-first website analytics. No cookies, no personal data collected. Their data policy.
- Vercel — website hosting. Their privacy policy.
- Amazon Associates — affiliate links. When you click an Amazon link, Amazon's privacy policy applies.
Cookies
Dottie does not set any cookies. We use Plausible Analytics, which is cookie-free and does not track individuals across sites.
Data Retention
Email addresses are retained until you unsubscribe. Upon unsubscription, your email is removed from our mailing list. Browser localStorage data persists until you clear your browser data.
Your Rights
You have the right to:
- Unsubscribe from emails at any time (link in every email)
- Request deletion of your email from our system
- Clear your browser localStorage to remove planner data

Children's Privacy
Dottie is designed for adults (18+). We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.
Changes
We may update this policy. Material changes will be communicated via email to subscribers.
